Brotherhood of the World Summer Basketball Camp

Parents, Participants, and Supporters:

Thank you for accepting our invitation to attend and support the Inaugural Brotherhood of the World Summer Basketball Camp!

Our first camp exceeded our expectations and was tremendously successful! Over 90 campers attended and experienced 2 days of informative life lessons. Our basketball staff consisted of many division 1 college basketball players including: Alade Aminu (Georgia Tech/future NBA star), Al-Farouq Aminu (Wake Forest), Mfon Udofia (Georgia Tech), and Sharaud Curry (Providence). Campers aged 9 through 17 were taught the fundamentals of the game in order to establish a strong foundation for their future games. The camp also consisted of classes with Wellness expert Anjirlic Aminu and presentations by Matt Causey from Merrill Lynch and Bucky Johnson, the mayor of Norcross. This provided campers with the knowledge necessary to have a healthy and successful future!

At Brotherhood of the World, our goal was to offer young basketball players an experience that would have a significant impact on their lives. We strongly believe that we achieved our goal; however we realize that we could not have done it without your participation and support. You all greatly contributed to the successfulness of our first camp, and for this we want to extend our gratitude!

Brotherhood of the World knows that the future of the world lies in the hands of the youth, and we are committed toward making Atlanta a better place for generations to come! We look forward to seeing you on the court at the Brotherhood of the World Basketball Camp next summer!

One Love,

Alade Aminu
